Certified Interior Designer
As a professional interior designer, one of my passions is helping busy families overcome the many challenges of decorating their home. My proven _ step process, ensures that the design solutions I deliver will fit your style and color preferences, while adhering to your budget. One of my design specialties is creating a home that’s charming, full of character, and functions for my clients lifestyles.
My strong work ethics, honesty and integrity are the driving forces behind my commitment to deliver exceptional customer service to each and every client I serve. Seeing the smiles on my clients faces when we reveal their new space is icing on the cake!
Having inherited my mom’s design genes, who was an architect, and had a furniture designing business the short while we were in Pakistan. I was always fascinated by everything that she did, as a young girl. She was my role model.
And like many designers, who as kids would change their rooms around and have blossomed into amazing designers, I was no different. I too liked to change things around and play around with colors in different pieces. As much as I was inspired to become an Interior Designer, my degree was in Marketing, which in hindsight wasn’t a bad idea to have under my belt, because that’s what would promote my passion. My mom saw that I truly was passionate about becoming an Interior Designer, she enrolled me in a correspondence course, with NewYork Institute of Art and Design.
Before I completed my design course, I lost my mom to Hepatitis C. After taking two months to gather myself, I was now determined to complete the course that she got me started with, it became my outlet and dedication to my late mom.
Ever since I engrossed myself with anything and everything that I can get my hands to learn the business of design while taking on projects, and learned how to fine-tune my processes to bring a clear step by step process that helps you understand and know what to expect throughout the project phases. I attended networking events, and design market events, continuing education webinars, to develop both personally and professionally.
